Why don't you have vibrating massage chairs?

Well, we think they are not all that comfortable and they are very difficult to maintain properly.   And, frankly, clients tell us that they love our cool, modern chairs that are simple and super relaxing.

Why do you have separate pedicure bowls?

The pedicure bowls are separate so we can clean the heck out of them! When a bowl is connected to plumbing, it is somewhat difficult to clean all the connecting pipes, and all the nooks and crannies like the jetted tubs have. We dream in CLEAN.

How do you clean your equipment?

Great question! For the metal tools, after they are used on you, we scrub them in the sink to make sure there are no particles left on them, soak them in a hospital-grad disinfectant for at least 10 minutes, and then we sterilize at 273 degrees (in a dental/medical grade autoclave) for 20 minutes. For the bowls, we take them in the back, dump the water, and then scrub them with hot soap and water, and then we spray them down with the same hospital-grade disinfectant. All other surfaces are disinfected after each customer as well.

Why don't you use the common nail polish brands (OPI & Essie)?

I know, I know, you are used to the names and color options from some of the other polish brands. Truth be told, I didn’t want to carry brands that you could buy at Target. The brands we carry, Jessica Cosmetics, Caption & ManiQ (by Young Nails), and Premium Elite are all commercial grade and can only be purchased by salons. And, they are just plain awesome products. They last longer, they are more heavily pigmented for brilliant color, and the nail techs tell me that our polish can be applied perfectly.

What if I'm running late for my appointment?

We’ll hold your service for 15 minutes past your appointment time if you call or text us when you are on your way.  Should you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of your service or a $20 cancellation fee will be incurred.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are very welcome to snag an appointment if one is available. Your best bet is to book ahead and we make it super easy – you can call us at 303.656.7088, schedule your appointment online, or book an appointment from our Facebook page.

Do you offer creative nail art?

Absolutely! Feel free to get creative. Prices are dependent on time & design.

What is your cell phone policy?

Keep the peace!  In order to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you end all cell phone conversations prior to your service.
